After working for 18 years as a graphic designer, I felt the need to pause and look within. I had been searching for answers to life’s questions, and yoga felt like the natural path to take.
During my Teacher’s Training Course in Rishikesh, a teacher said something that stayed with me - “99% of diseases are not physical, but psychosomatic.” This powerful insight shifted my perspective. From curiosity, yoga became my true calling.
I went on to complete my Advanced Teacher’s Training Course in Rishikesh and later, in January 2025, trained in Yoga Therapy at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Through this, I discovered that healing is not about suppressing symptoms, but about addressing the root cause - across body, mind, and emotions.
Svasti Yog Therapy is my humble offering - a space for those who wish to heal themselves through the timeless wisdom of yoga, as shared by our Rishis.
